Il futuro con "be going to" in inglese

Costruzione del futuro con "be going to"
Il futuro con "be going to" si costrusice usando il verbo "to be" coniugato per persona e tempo + going to + il verbo principale:

L' espressione "going to" se non accentuata è pronunciata [ˈgɔnə] oppure [ˈgʌnə]. In ambiti informali è spesso scritta "gonna".
La forma interrogativa
Per la forma interrogativa si pone il verbo essere prima del soggetto:

Impieghi di "be going to"
La costruzione "be going to" è impiegata per esprimere:
- un' intenzione per il futuro:
- I'm going to get a new job.

(Pensi che lo farai da solo?) - What is he going to say?
